TRUMP FEELS EXACTLY ABOUT LA FIRE VICTIMS AS HE DOES ABOUT YOU

LA is burning as wildfires fueled by 80 mph winds race through the city neighborhoods.

But Donald Trump, the next president is fanning the firestorm just as in 10 days his administration will light a match on women’s reproductive rights.

Trump’s attack on the victims of the apocalyptic LA fires is a warning to all the women of of reproductive age in this country, 40% of whom already live under an abortion ban.

Trump doesn’t care about you - whether you die or your health is damaged by the bans.

He doesn’t care about the wellbeing of any American citizens, and just sees all of you as a tool of his agenda. You are a tool that he can use to attack and demonize his political opponents or to raise millions from his big money donors.

He used you to pull in dollars from the Susan B Anthony List, the largest and most well-funded anti abortion organization in the country. They donated $52 million to his presidential campaign in 2020 - their biggest campaign contribution ever.

The president-elect also used you to win the support of multiple right wing billionaires like Schlitz heir Richard Uihlein an anti abortion zealot who donated tens of millions to PACS dedicated to re-electing Trump, who proved his anti abortion cred by ‘killing’ Roe V Wade.

Remember, Trump nominated the three right wing extremist judges to the Supreme Court, who overruled 50 years of precedent and threw women’s constitutionally protected right to an abortion into the trash can.

Trump didn’t care that inevitably women would suffer and die and lose their fertility as a result of state abortion bans. His priority was to grab those big bucks so he could get elected president.

Now as the 18.42 million residents of Greater LA, the second largest city in the country, in the largest population state in the union with 39 million residents and with the fifth largest economy in the world are fleeing raging fires, Trump is turning on his firehose of lies.

He’s childlishly called the governor who is directing relief efforts, ‘Gavin Newscom , he’s lied that there is no money in FEMA for victims of the California flames ( of course, there is ) and he’s blamed Joe Biden for leaving him with a disaster, as he exits office.

As if President Biden controls climate change - a huge factor in the catastrophic fires.

Now, poor baby, Donald Trump, might have to visit another American disaster area after he’s inaugurated and be faced with the tens of thousands of victims begging for federal assistance.

Los Angelenos fortunately still have Joe Biden as president today as the city fights the inferno. When California was overrun by wildfires in 2018 Trump withheld emergency federal aid because the state voted ‘Blue.’

But as of Jan 20th, Trump’s vindictiveness against his perceived political enemies won’t just be actively directed at Liz Cheney, members of the free press, but against Blue states, Blue cities and against women.

Yes, women as a whole. That’s why, though I usually write about the assaults of women’s reproductive freedom I am so burned up about Trump’s self -centered nasty response to Los Angelenos including the almost 200,000 who have had to flee their burning homes.

Trump’s lies and vitriol about the fires is a preview of what’s going to happen to women and their access to reproductive healthcare, beginning in a few days.

We’ve already seen Trump’s shameful disregard for the five young healthy women documented to have died unnecessarily from incomplete miscarriages and abortions in Texas and Georgia as a result of the bans.

Trump, who has been called a sociopath and narcissist by professional psychologists could care less that in Texas, which imposed the first abortion ban in 2021, maternal mortality (pregnant women’s death ) have soared by 56%.

To Trump - women - like Blue states and their governors - are his enemy. Kamala Harris, with her very vocal support of reproductive freedom, won 54% of the female vote.

Since he knew that millions of women were furious that he criminalized their right to control their own bodies, Trump didn’t make any effort to win them over except for pronouncing that he would be their ‘protector” “ whether they liked it or not” and to bizarrely claim that he was “the father of IVF.”

Instead, the convicted sexual abuser stoked resentment against so called “woke” DEI policies that have protected women against discrimination in the workplace and at college.

Then he focused masterfully on feeding young men’s grievances about the steps women have taken to become equals in society as they now comprise 58% of the students in college and 55.4 % of all first year medical school students.

'The ‘bros’ haven’t been happy about that nor that they can get called out for sexually harassing women in the workplace.

And now that Trump is assembling as his partners in running the country - an unelected billionaire ‘broligarchy ’ led by the world’s richest man and toxic misogynist, Elon Musk, just watch as the attacks on women’s reproductive healthcare and on your status as an equal in US society step up on steroids in 2025.

Musk just nauseatingly blamed the LA wildfires on DEI hiring policies at the LA Fire Department because the Fire Chief is a woman, Kristin Crowley and she is LGBTQ. There is zero evidence that his accusation has any basis in fact. What is a fact though, is that Crowley is a 22 year veteran of the Fire Dept who worked her way up through the ranks for 22 years.

Co - President Musk’s attack on a high profile woman doesn’t bode well for any woman in America who has worked hard to build her career. They will all be targets of the Trump administration’s vitriolic finger-pointing.

Then to snuff out even more women’s reproductive freedom, Trump has appointed and empowered the mastermind of Project 2025, Ross Vought to a powerful White House position - as his director of the Office of Management and Budget.

There, he can implement all the ways that Project 2025 outlines to outlaw abortion nationally and end access to most birth control and even to IVF.

Meanwhile Democratic House Rep Jamie Raskin spilled the beans to John Stewart on The Daily Show on Jan 6 that Christian Nationalist Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson is dead set on passing a national abortion ban.

“There’s a bunch of issues like that, including abortion, where there’s still some libertarians who don’t wanna go near it, but the theocratic majority within MAGA, led by Mike Johnson, say that life begins at conception, and so they’ve been trying to ban it nationally,” he said.

“And we expect that to come back, and hopefully we’ll be able to pull over some of the lingering pro-choice Republicans.”

So there you have it - House Republicans will work to pass an official national abortion ban. And if Congress passes it and Trump signs it ( he will, despite what he claimed on the campaign trail ) the national ban will super cede all the protections that freaked out voters added into their state Constitutions on Nov 4.

There’s more to steel yourself for that’s coming from Trump’s administration.

I just listened in to a Zoom with a senior member of the NYCLU, which is the New York state ACLU and they are seriously prepping for a full fledged war by Trump on women’s repro rights.

#: he’ll try to enforce the Comstock Act, which outlaws the transportation of abortion medication and surgical equipment across state lines. That in itself, can end abortion in America. I wrote about it fully here:

# : Trump will cut or end federal funding to Planned Parenthood clinics, which means that many will close leaving millions of women without access to yearly breast and cervical checks as well as pap smears, birth control and other basic reproductive healthcare.

#: he’ll make it easier for anti abortion law enforcers to get women’s medical records showing if they’ve had abortions and miscarriages so state prosecutors can target their providers

#: he’ll shower our tax dollars on “Crisis Pregnancy Centers” which are fake medical centers that purport to help pregnant women who want abortions but then tell them that abortion will give them cancer or make them infertile.

Finally, and AND this news hasn’t gotten any attention yet but it sure as hell deserves it.

Arizona MAGA 2020 election denier Congressman Andy Biggs has introduced Resolution 7 in the newly sworn in Republican - controlled US House of Representatives and it appears creepily aimed at giving MEN a say in whether women get reproductive health care.

House Resolutions aren’t meant necessarily to become laws, but they are a way for a large portion of the Republican House members to express their opinions. And their stated opinion is now to control and subjugate women.

Biggs describes his Resolution as: ‘Recognizing the importance of access to comprehensive, high-quality, life-affirming medical care for women of all ages.’

See it - ‘life affirming’ medical care for women?

That means healthcare that promotes the life of fertilized eggs - in other words, they can’t be aborted.

Included in this resolution is this Handmaids -style point: ‘Whereas health care for women should also address the needs of men, families, and communities as they relate to women’s health care’.

Say what??

Your health care, as a woman, should also address the needs of men and communities!

How is your healthcare the business of men and communities - which men? and which communities?

Finally read this resolution point: ‘ Whereas Pro Women’s Healthcare Centers is a consortium of centers that serves as an example of the high-quality, comprehensive, life-affirming care that women deserve’.

Pro Women’s Healthcare Centers, (PWHC) are Pregnancy Crisis Centers, that oppose abortion like I wrote about above. The Republican House members want to take your tax dollars and use them to fund anti abortion fake medical centers.

Now, have I made my point that Trump and his political allies are primed to set off an apocalyptic hell storm on every American women’s rights on January 20?

And just as Donald Trump doesn’t give a flying F about the thousands of LAers whose homes and businesses have burned down, he doesn’t care that he’ll unleash a healthcare catastrophe on you.

So do what you can to prepare ASAP. Stock up on mifepristone if you think you may need it, fill your prescriptions for your hormonal birth control, get your IUDs checked to ensure they will keep working and support Planned Parenthood and other women’s healthcare clinics, who’ll ]see their federal funding turn to ashes.
